Job Title: Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician
Location: Albany , New York (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support building operations across a wide range of facility types. Our team values proactive problem-solving and technical expertise to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and related systems and equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, and other installed building components.
- Conduct facility inspections, report on findings, and offer recommendations for action to ensure operational continuity and safety.
- Respond effectively to emergencies while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and relevant codes or laws.
Required:
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites, including availability for on-call duties and overtime as required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
