Job Title: Mobile HVAC Service Technician
Location: Boca Raton, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a skilled professional to support a mobile facilities environment with hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems work across multiple commercial properties. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep critical systems operating reliably while delivering strong service to clients and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Use CMMS technology to complete assigned work orders with minimal supervision and support facility inspections and due diligence assessments.
- Travel between client locations within the assigned territory, manage priorities independently, and respond to on-call and overtime needs as required.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification is required.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
