Job Title: Mobile HVAC Service Technician
Location: Indian River County, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Service Technician to support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. Our team is looking for a dependable professional who can deliver strong client service while managing building systems, completing work orders, and responding to on-call needs as required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC equipment, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and support electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Use CMMS technology to complete assigned work orders, conduct inspections, and report conditions that may affect operations.
- Travel across multiple client locations within the assigned territory, prioritize work independently, and respond to on-call and overtime needs.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
