Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Syracuse, New York (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking candidates to join our team in a critical role supporting the maintenance and repair of HVAC and building systems across a variety of facilities. Our team values proactive professionals who take pride in their mechanical and technical skills while delivering reliable facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting any issues affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Respond to building-related emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Prepare and submit summary reports, advising management on recommended actions and improvements.
Required:
- Universal EPA 608 Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong expertise in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel to assigned facilities; ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as needed.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
