Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Greenfield, Wisconsin (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to support daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment across assigned facilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of lighting systems, HVAC/R systems, general interior components, and kitchen equipment.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and fulfill general maintenance tasks, including activities such as painting, locksmith work, and addressing tenant service requests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, handling and storage of hazardous materials, and maintain records in CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed and communicate effectively with management regarding escalated issues.
Required:
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and basic electrical work.
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with strong communication skills in English (oral and written), and the ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
