Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Lewiston, Idaho (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support the inspection, repair, and upkeep of building systems across a multi-site portfolio. Our team is looking for a dependable professional who can handle general maintenance tasks, work independently or with others, and help maintain safe, well-functioning facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building repair and maintenance across assigned facilities, including interior and exterior areas.
- Complete basic plumbing, basic electrical, lighting, and ballast-related maintenance tasks as needed.
- Carry out general interior maintenance, tenant service requests, painting, locksmith work, and other assigned special tasks.
- Support facility inspections, document work performed and materials procured, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Required:
- At least 3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive long distance throughout the designated portfolio.
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process.
