Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a temporary opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who can help keep a busy commercial office environment operating smoothly. Our team is seeking someone who can handle general repairs, support HVAC-related tasks, and deliver strong tenant-facing service while working across a variety of facility needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed building systems.
- Complete facility inspections and report conditions that may affect occupancy or day-to-day operations.
- Carry out general interior maintenance, including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture, fixing doors, and replacing ceiling tiles.
- Support building operations by replacing lighting and ballasts, cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters and belts, and completing other assigned tasks.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in conditions that may include working from heights, climbing ladders up to 30 feet, bending, kneeling, stooping, and extended overhead work.
- Experience with customer-facing work in a commercial office environment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use CMMS systems such as 360 Facility, complete vehicle safety inspections, submit P-card receipts daily, and work overtime with rotating on-call coverage as needed.
