Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Manistee, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking someone who will support critical operations, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment within assigned facilities. Our team relies on this position to ensure safety, reliability, and smooth day-to-day facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and repair of building systems and kitchen equipment, including meat processing machinery.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
- Conduct Fuel Center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance, and participate in on-call emergency response as needed.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as scanners, printers, scales, and basic network hardware.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent plus a valid state driver's license.
- Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable with at least one year of working experience in building repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate both mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
