Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking individuals who thrive in environments requiring hands-on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance. Our team is committed to ensuring building systems and equipment operate efficiently and reliably across a diverse set of facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment within assigned facilities.
- Assist engineers in maintenance and repair tasks, while independently performing designated maintenance operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, lighting systems, and general interior components such as doors and food equipment.
- Conduct fuel center inspections, dispenser maintenance, and preventive maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and food equipment as required.
Required:
- UST Class B Certification (training provided if needed).
- Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED, with completion of an applicable technical training program desirable.
- Minimum one year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
