Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Manistee, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking candidates to join our team tasked with supporting and maintaining critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Our team focuses on ensuring smooth operations, safety, and the ongoing functionality of all assigned facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and kitchen machinery such as grinders, slicers, and scales.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems, including replacing bulbs and ballasts.
- Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance for the Fuel Center, including UST inspections and dispenser servicing.
- Support after-hours emergency calls and ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper documentation practices.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid state driver’s license, with the ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Physical capability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.
