Job Title: MP&P Engineer
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to contribute to a dynamic engineering team focused on non-destructive evaluation and measurement technology applications for commercial and defense products. Our team takes pride in supporting the entire product lifecycle and delivering certification, qualification, and research services across multiple aircraft platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop procedures and engineering documentation supporting maintenance inspections and customer needs.
- Design reference standards and assist in evaluating new technologies for potential applications.
- Support qualification of tools, equipment, materials, and suppliers by conducting routine audits and tests.
- Utilize project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule targets, incorporating quality and safety principles into all activities.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- 2 or more years of experience or a Master’s degree with relevant experience in a technical engineering environment.
- Strong general base of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) knowledge and/or experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating excellent time management and documentation skills.
