Job Title: MP&P Engineer
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented engineering professionals to contribute to vital research, development, and certification initiatives supporting commercial and defense aerospace programs. Our team provides essential expertise in non-destructive evaluation and measurement systems, making a direct impact on a broad portfolio of aircraft and engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop procedures and engineering documentation to support customer maintenance inspections and certification efforts.
- Design reference standards and support evaluation of new technologies and tooling to meet evolving business needs.
- Perform routine supplier qualification tests and audits, ensuring compliance with industry and client requirements.
- Integrate environmental health, safety, quality, and LEAN principles into engineering research and lab operations.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of engineering experience with exposure to non-destructive evaluation and analysis techniques.
- Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
- Previous experience in aviation or aerospace, with working knowledge of CAD systems, NDI technologies, or materials science preferred.
