Job Title: MP&P Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support the advancement of manufacturing and engineering design projects focused on tools, equipment, and materials. Our team is responsible for driving improvements in product quality and process efficiency across essential engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collect information to define requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes used in engineering design and manufacturing.
- Perform tests and conduct analysis to qualify and evaluate new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes.
- Assist with supplier qualification activities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Develop basic computer and production systems, utilizing project management tools while integrating environmental health, safety, LEAN, and Quality principles.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited course of study.
- Ability to be mobile, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable using a computer to develop and manage basic systems and tools.
- Must meet U.S. Person requirements for export compliance as specified by the position.
