Job Title: MP&P Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to support materials and processes activities for wire harness, assembly, and installation design. This role will help ensure strong drawing review, material and part selection, and production support for electrical and electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities:
- Review engineering drawings and provide guidance on materials, processes, and standard parts for wire harness, assembly, and installation design.
- Support the fabrication and production of electrical and electronic boxes, assemblies, and wiring interconnect systems.
- Assist with updates to program specifications and respond to inquiries involving electrical wiring and electrical part selection.
- Define requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes while supporting compliance, standardization, and qualification activities.
Required:
- Experience with engineering drawing reviews.
- Experience with selection of materials, processes, and standard parts for wire harness, assembly, and installation design.
- Experience with fabrication and production of electrical and electronic boxes.
- Background in aerospace electrical wiring.
- Advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Typically 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
