Job Title: MP&P Technical Analyst
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team focused on composite material and structural bonding laboratory operations. Our team values flexibility, strong work ethic, and commitment to process improvement in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks in tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, machining, mechanical testing, photography, and assembly.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and measuring instruments in daily operations.
- Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, and process specifications to ensure high-quality results and compliance with engineering and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to achieve team goals, coordinate communication, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Required:
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues independently.
- Experience working with detailed work instructions or interpreting engineering drawings.
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate degree) and at least one year of related work experience, or a combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor’s degree and three years’ related work experience, etc.).
