Job Title: Network Construction Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to oversee the construction and implementation of advanced fiber networks for a leading provider in the telecommunications industry. Our team is committed to delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from initial qualification through completion, ensuring adherence to required specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors for timely project delivery and quality workmanship.
- Prepare bid packages, oversee permitting processes, and track material delivery for multiple projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, provide regular status updates, and ensure safety and compliance throughout site operations.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- One to three years of construction experience and direct telecommunications experience; supervisory experience in contractor construction preferred.
- Knowledge of outside plant construction techniques (aerial and underground) and familiarity with relevant test equipment and standards.
- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
