Job Title: Network Construction Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support critical fiber construction projects that drive infrastructure development. Our team values proactive leadership focused on project execution, contractor management, and seamless communication throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with engineering teams and manage external vendors to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
- Oversee all construction activities, including initial constructability reviews, permitting, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight.
- Ensure accurate project tracking and reporting, including regular updates on milestones, delivery, and cost implications.
- Act as site safety and quality assurance representative, adhering to established construction standards and best practices.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- One to three years of construction experience, and one to three years of direct telecommunications experience, with supervisory contractor management strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of outside plant construction techniques (aerial and underground) and familiarity with related permitting and licensing processes.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
