Job Title: Network Construction Project Manager – Small Cell/Node
Location: Phoenix,, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are searching for an experienced professional to drive the successful management of small cell and node construction projects. Our team values individuals who can collaborate across departments and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring communication across stakeholders in engineering, permitting, regulatory, operations, and project delivery.
- Prepare work packages, track project deliverables, and resolve construction issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Manage contracts and invoices, assist with project financials, and support milestone management for assigned projects.
- Maintain project documentation, produce regular status reports, and communicate pertinent issues before they reach critical status.
Required:
- High school diploma and a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecommunications or wireless construction with general knowledge of outside plant (OSP) construction techniques, including aerial and underground methods for SCS.
- Experience with small cell construction, node and design techniques, and familiarity with test equipment and techniques for OTDR, PIM, and SWEEP.
- General knowledge of NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards, with OSHA 10 certification preferred.
