Role Summary:
As a Network Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our network monitoring and management environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our network infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement advanced network monitoring solutions
- Customize and maintain network tooling products to meet evolving needs and industry standards
- Conduct timely upgrades and maintenance of our monitoring toolset to optimize performance
- Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams on network monitoring applications
- Analyze system functions to swiftly address any network issues and ensure seamless operation
- Monitor network connections accessibility and coordinate restoration efforts as needed
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of leading network performance management vendors and products
- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, GitHub, Excel, and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Fortinet monitoring tools, Netbrain, Arista CVaaS, and similar applications
- Experience in software development and automation strategies
- Involvement in evaluating and selecting vendor products for network monitoring
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
