Job Title: NPI Lead
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to drive new product introductions within a complex manufacturing environment. Our team is committed to operational excellence and seeks an individual ready to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, project management, and continuous improvement across critical drug product processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver new product introductions on time, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and risk management protocols.
- Coordinate and maintain project plans for technology transfers, proactively resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Own and manage change controls within GMP regulatory procedures, emphasizing compliance and a Right-First-Time approach.
- Engage and align with quality, regulatory, and supporting teams to meet project milestones and organizational standards.
Required:
- Experience in cross-functional project management, specifically within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change controls and lead technology transfer initiatives.
- Proven independent problem-solving skills with strong organizational and technical communication abilities.
- Background in drug product manufacturing operations.
