Job Title: Numerical Control Programmer
Location: Huntington Beach, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Numerical Control Programmer to join our dynamic team. Our team focuses on delivering precision and innovation through advanced machining and tooling techniques, making a significant impact in aerospace manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Create NC programs from blueprints, solid models, and sketches using Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM software.
- Develop, revise, and verify Machine Control Data (MCD) and geometry.
- Establish technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility; lead the integration of new machining techniques.
- Provide detailed machine operator instructions and documentation to ensure streamlined manufacturing processes.
Required:
- 5 years of experience as a current NC Programmer utilizing UG NX software.
- Some experience working with Vericut verification software.
- Previous hands-on experience as a machinist.
- Advanced education/experience, typically acquired through an Associate degree and 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination.
