Job Title: Omnichannel Orchestration Product Owner

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the evolution of omnichannel engagement solutions within a transformative global product operating model. Our team focuses on delivering measurable business value by leveraging data-driven insights, modern technology, and cross-functional collaboration to orchestrate exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously refine the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for omnichannel orchestration, ensuring alignment with global and franchise priorities in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into prioritized product solutions, using user insights and engagement data to create meaningful impact and elevated customer experiences.
- Partner closely with technical and business leads to align capability development and delivery sequencing, ensuring effective collaboration and integration across business functions and technology teams.
- Monitor adoption, key performance indicators, and engagement metrics to inform ongoing optimization, product improvement, and value realization across the enterprise.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries, with proven exposure to digital product management or product ownership.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in omnichannel engagement, campaign orchestration, digital marketing platforms, or related commercial capability roles.
- Demonstrated experience in agile product development teams, design of scalable product frameworks, and hands-on use of product tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
