Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support business operations and drive the execution of key operational initiatives. Our team values independent problem-solving, collaboration, and effective communication to ensure project success and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of business operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Manage the deployment and integration of tools and technology into existing business processes.
- Coordinate internal communications and deliver key messages to relevant audiences.
- Develop and provide training content to drive process improvements and support technology adoption.
Required:
- System support background with experience in customer-facing interactions involving vendors and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, and Navex.
- Ability to independently evaluate and resolve moderately complex problems, providing actionable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree is not required; must demonstrate advanced research, analytical, and technical skills in similar operational environments.
