Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking an experienced professional to provide operational support for educational grants and sponsorship programs in the pharmaceutical industry. We are dedicated to streamlining grant management activities by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operational triage and review of educational grant and sponsorship proposals for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal guidelines.
- Monitor and manage applicant communications and inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses within the grant review process.
- Co-develop and manage the annual educational budget and adjust forecasts in line with strategic goals and evolving business needs.
- Oversee daily operational and project management activities related to educational grants and sponsorships, including tracking, reconciliation, closeout, and reporting.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science–related field required.
- Experience with corporate giving, educational grants, or sponsorship programs.
- 2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, medical education, educational granting, or related pharmaceutical industry functions.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines related to independent medical education, pharmaceutical industry standards, and publication guidelines.
