Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to support organizational projects and deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination and administration for ongoing initiatives. Our team values adaptability and strong communication, as this position is integral in monitoring deadlines and providing timely updates for management.
Responsibilities:
- Update tracking systems accurately to maintain project and program status, including management of third-party systems.
- Create and distribute correspondence relevant to team initiatives, both internal and external.
- Assist with administrative preparation for meetings and maintain comprehensive project files.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and additional administrative support as requested by management.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent completion.
- Two or more years of experience in a general business environment focused on project coordination or administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and readiness to learn additional tracking and project management software.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
