Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator opportunity supporting the delivery and administration of learning experiences that help strengthen leadership and capability across the enterprise. We are looking for someone who can keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintain accurate program data, and provide trusted support to facilitators, participants, and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event planning logistics, including room booking, catering requests, A/V needs, and room set up.
- Collect, validate, and maintain content and participant data in Workday Learning and Airtable.
- Execute session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor and monitor employee requests through ServiceNow.
- Resolve routine administrative issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support finance and vendor administration activities, including invoicing and new purchase orders.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning and coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience using Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow.
- Comfort using technology and communication tools in daily work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
