Job Title: Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Minneapolis area. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional technical and functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and enhancing user experience by addressing and resolving system-related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical and functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and SCM to local business users.
- Manage and triage incidents, perform basic fixes, and escalate complex issues to the centralized L2 team.
- Act as the main contact for local end users, handling incident intake via phone, email, or ITSM.
- Reproduce issues, collect logs, and perform initial troubleshooting for integration-related failures.
- Apply standard operating procedures and update the knowledge base with local-specific notes.
- Assist with user onboarding, role provisioning requests, and basic training for new or changed features.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including Financials and SCM modules.
- Understanding of integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL for simple queries and data checks.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Knowledge of role-based access control and user provisioning in Oracle Cloud.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication with business users.
