Job Title: Oracle Cloud R2R Support
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to provide post-production support in the area of Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting. Our team relies on robust incident resolution and process improvement to ensure seamless finance operations for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, focusing on incident triage and root cause analysis.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including account posting, reconciliations, and readiness, by coordinating with Finance and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot fixed asset and lease transactions, manage depreciation runs and lease changes, and address downstream accounting impacts.
- Monitor and support integrations, data loads, and batch jobs, while maintaining runbooks and handling production changes or minor enhancements.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Financials/ERP Cloud experience with direct production support in Fixed Assets and/or Lease Accounting.
- Proven skills in troubleshooting, documenting processes, and effective stakeholder communication within an enterprise delivery environment.
- Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end financial close processes and related system integrations, including error management and reprocessing.
- Experience maintaining operational documentation such as runbooks/SOPs and supporting controlled production changes or enhancements.
