Job Title: Oracle DBA

Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to join our team and support mission-critical database platforms. Our team values expertise in the design, operation, and improvement of high-volume enterprise OLTP databases, ensuring robust data infrastructure and operational excellence across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection, normalization, and analysis of datasets across multiple data platforms.
- Assist in designing and building data service infrastructure to enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Lead process improvements by implementing automation and redesigning data infrastructure for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics teams and contribute to incident prevention, runbook enhancements, and operational readiness projects.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating high-volume enterprise OLTP databases supporting mission-critical transactions.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and performance tuning experience with MySQL and Oracle.
- Operational experience with backup/restore validation, patch planning, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and runbooks.
