Job Title: Oracle Financials Functional Consultant
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to provide leadership and support for post-production operations across financial modules in Oracle Cloud. Our team is committed to ensuring resilient financial operations while driving continuous process improvements and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional support delivery across all R2R modules, including period close, subledger-to-GL accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash management, fixed assets, lease management, and project costing and billing.
- Own incident triage and resolution for high-priority production issues, driving root-cause analysis and prevention of recurring concerns.
- Coordinate Level 2 and Level 3 support work, ensuring consistent practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Monitor and support integrations, interfaces, and batch jobs, including error handling and reprocessing, while managing Oracle Cloud update readiness and operational reporting.
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Financials experience with demonstrated expertise in R2R processes, such as GL, accounting flows, close, and reporting.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud production support with advanced cross-functional incident management.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and root-cause analysis documentation.
- Experience supporting integrations (e.g., FBDI, APIs, OIC), as well as batch job monitoring and execution.
