Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as an Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist, where you’ll provide essential support for Oracle eBusiness Systems, specifically release R12.2.10. You’ll work with our team to develop and support customizations and extensions across various HCM modules. This role involves collaboration with business users and participation in change management activities to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical development and support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules.
- Collaborate with clients to determine system specifications and create detailed spec documents.
- Complete all necessary Change Management tasks and adhere to SOX control requirements.
- Apply project management principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enhance business knowledge through available resources to develop expertise solutions.
- Track deliverables and provide management reporting as needed.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 15 years of industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules: HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, and Workflow.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB).
- Proficiency in Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader.
- Experience with Toad, Sql*Plus, and UNIX.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
