Job Title: Oracle Procurement Cloud Support
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to provide functional support for Oracle Procurement Cloud in a dynamic environment. Our team is focused on maintaining seamless procurement operations and resolving production issues to enable effective, skills-based hiring and direct procurement process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Procurement Cloud, including incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and prevention of recurrence.
- Support direct procurement operations across requisitions, purchase orders, agreements, sourcing-to-purchasing handoffs, and receiving transactions.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end Source-to-Pay issues spanning Procurement, Receiving, Payables, and Supplier/Portal interactions.
- Maintain and enhance documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; support controlled production changes as well as quarterly Oracle update testing and validation.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud production support.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and requisition-to-purchase lifecycle, with demonstrated ability to communicate and document effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven experience troubleshooting integrations and transaction flows across procurement and payables modules.
- Familiarity supporting controls, approvals, and role-based security functions within Oracle Procurement.
