Job Title: Patient Insights & Solutions Fellow

Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to join our team in a role that supports the delivery of patient-centric solutions by leveraging scientific expertise and research methods. Our team partners across global departments to drive projects that provide real-world value to patients, caregivers, and healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather patient and caregiver insights using primary and secondary research methods to drive project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including digital health and behavioral science groups, to incorporate new technologies and behavioral approaches in patient research initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the patient journey and perspectives to inform business strategy and align project protocols with patient expectations.
- Work independently to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging relevant stakeholders as needed.
Required:
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Health Outcomes or similar, PharmD, or other advanced science degree.
- Typically 0–1 years of industry-related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply scientific research methods and medical or business knowledge to assigned projects.
- Completed coursework in Research Methods, Epidemiology, Health Policy, and/or Health Care Systems.
