Job Title: Patient Support Specialist – NJ
Location: Whippany, New Jersey (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls and claims from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to provide support related to copay assistance programs.
- Deliver program information, eligibility guidance, reimbursement support, and general assurance to patients, focusing on empathy and ease of use.
- Refer requests for escalation as needed and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting and claims processing as required.
Required:
- Completed High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or case management experience in a high-volume contact center environment or similar setting preferred.
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated empathy, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing preferred.
