Job Title: Pattern Engineer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support fit and construction from concept through commercialization and production, ensuring delivery according to critical dates and product goals. Our team values collaboration across design, product management, and engineering functions to create lifestyle sportswear tailored to specific consumer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own fit and construction for assigned styles, guiding development through prototyping and production.
- Create and revise technical packs for complex styles, maintaining product specifications and documentation.
- Drive and execute fit and construction standards within the team to ensure consistent results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, materials, and manufacturing teams to deliver proven and tested products.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field, or equivalent product creation experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ technical design experience in the apparel industry, with expert knowledge in pattern making, grading, construction, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD Pattern Design software, and 3D software such as Clo or Browzwear.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
