Job Title: Pattern Engineer
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pattern Engineer to join our team, focusing on technical design in the apparel industry. Our team values innovation and expertise, and this role is crucial in driving product development and fit goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Creation Centers to execute product development and fit goals.
- Act as a technical resource, interpreting design intent and offering alternative solutions.
- Lead initiatives with high energy and positive influence.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to product specifications and construction standards.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field.
- 8+ years of technical design experience in the apparel industry, including pattern making and grading.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD Pattern Design software (Optitex), and 3D software (Clo/Browzwear).
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
