Job Title: Payer Evidence Translation (PET) Consultant

Job Summary: We facilitate impactful engagement with healthcare decision makers by supporting evidence resource development for payer communication strategies. Our team leads cross-functional collaboration to deliver clear, compelling resources that elevate clinical, economic, and humanistic value messaging across a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute payer engagement and communication strategies across the portfolio.
- Create and maintain a dynamic roadmap for evidence generation and field resource development, harmonizing priorities with market access goals.
- Lead the creation, approval, and ongoing training for scientific medical content and resources intended for payers and healthcare decision makers.
- Partner with strategic leads to ensure all resources deliver concise, impactful value messages while incorporating payer insights to inform future strategies.
Required:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH) in a relevant scientific or health-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of managed care, health policy, health care economic information/real-world evidence, and FDA guidance for payer communications.
- Proven ability to drive scientific tactics, develop content for payer engagement, and demonstrate exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
