Job Title: Automation Anywhere Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive automation initiatives and process improvements within business process workflows focused on fraud security. Our team is dedicated to leveraging the latest technology to enhance operational efficiency and reliability through robust automation and workflow solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct platform health checks and implement process improvements to support system stability and performance.
- Deliver automation workflow enhancements, support documentation, and troubleshoot release issues as needed.
- Participate in incident resolution and provide occasional off-hours support for critical releases and issues.
- Document processes and present technical ideas clearly and proactively to team members and stakeholders.
Required:
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and Power Apps (Microsoft Application).
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Service Now, Python, and Java.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to presenting ideas and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, or relevant technology certification.
