Job Title: PowerApps Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-Site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop, manage, and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Create executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Partner with fraud business teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Support data analysis and reporting initiatives to provide actionable business insights. • Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
- Participate in solution testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow established governance, security, and development best practices
Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 5-7yrs
- Microsoft Sharepoint
- Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Power BI (dashboard experience)
- Tableau
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Jira
- SQL
- Python
- CI/CD
Soft Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to details
- Communicate to both technical and non-technical business partners
- Ability to convey technical concepts in everyday language
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred
