Job Title: Principal Enterprise Architecture
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the technology vision, design, and execution of integrated architecture transforming omnichannel and AI-driven customer journeys. Our team is committed to delivering future-ready platforms that power seamless digital and physical commerce experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Architect unified commerce solutions supporting experiences such as BOPIS, same-day delivery, and endless aisle integrations across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Design and advance intelligent, AI-augmented experiences including predictive personalization, dynamic pricing, virtual styling, conversational commerce, and autonomous checkout.
- Champion the adoption of agentic commerce patterns including autonomous shopping agents, proactive assistant bots, and AI-driven fulfillment orchestration to drive next?generation customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to implement AI-powered decision engines and personalization throughout the customer lifecycle.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of architecture leadership experience, with at least 5 years in commerce or omnichannel transformation projects.
- Proven success in designing and delivering platforms across headless eCommerce, digital experience platforms (CMS, DAM, PIM), customer data platforms, loyalty engines, retail POS, OMS, and fulfillment systems.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven systems (Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub), and serverless patterns.
