Job Title: Principal Product Quality Leader
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are supporting the search for a Principal Product Quality Leader to provide technical expertise and cross-functional quality leadership for late-stage and commercial synthetic products. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help drive product quality activities, support regulatory deliverables, and contribute to the overall health of the product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional quality activities and support program deliverables for late-phase and commercial programs.
- Author and revise annual reviews, specifications, comparability and stability programs, site and method transfers, product quality impact assessments, and regulatory filing sections.
- Evaluate complex process and product quality data using science- and risk-based approaches.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources and quality systems, while communicating findings clearly to leadership, peers, and regulatory agencies.
Required:
- Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience, or master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, or associate degree with 12 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of operations.
- Ability to work independently once trained and support tactical, task-driven work.
