Job Title: Privacy Operations Project Analyst
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused analyst to support a large-scale privacy initiative. This role is centered on coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to collect and organize information required for Data Subject Rights (DSR) implementation across an existing vendor ecosystem.
This is a high-volume, process-driven role requiring strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to internal stakeholders and vendor contacts to collect required privacy-related information
- Track and manage outreach across a large number of vendors (high-volume follow-ups)
- Schedule meetings, send reminders, and ensure timely responses
- Compile and maintain structured documentation for engineering teams
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates
- Identify and suggest improvements to tracking and coordination workflows
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work
- Proven ability to follow up persistently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to privacy, compliance, or regulated environments (GDPR, CCPA, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar tracking systems
