Job Title: Process Development Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to contribute to innovative drug substance process development within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Execute mammalian cell culture and protein purification experiments at various scales using shake flasks, culture bags, and bioreactors.
- Program automation for process equipment, including benchtop bioreactors, chromatography systems, and robotic liquid handling systems.
- Design experiments, analyze and visualize data with software tools, and document findings in laboratory notebooks.
- Communicate experimental results through reports and presentations, and support troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience; or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with cell culture or protein purification techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to perform in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
