Job Title: Process Development Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are searching for a skilled professional to independently support critical technical projects and contribute to the advancement of drug product process development. Our team values precise technical documentation, analytical laboratory expertise, and effective collaboration for coordinated support in commercial drug product manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Author, data verify, and review guideline documents, technical protocols, reports, and product impact assessments.
- Execute laboratory analytical testing including viscosity, protein concentration, pH, and osmolality measurements.
- Provide technical support for drug product process development, including formulation, filtration, and filling for parenteral products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot processing technologies and support technology transfer for commercial manufacturing operations.
Required:
- Post graduation laboratory experience utilizing analytical equipment and techniques.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, with evidence through effective documentation and result sharing.
- Degree in engineering, pharmaceutical science, or similar discipline (Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s with 6 years, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain good documentation practices and deliver thorough analysis and summary of laboratory results.
