Job Title: Process Improvement Lead

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance across research and development operations. We focus on maintaining high standards of quality through effective procedural document authoring and collaborative cross-functional engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business process owners and subject matter experts to create and revise process documents, including SOPs and WIs.
- Promote continuous process improvement in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards across research and development teams.
- Support the integration, mapping, and periodic review of process documents within the quality management system, including creation of process maps in Microsoft Visio.
- Develop training materials, serve as a training coordinator, and facilitate ongoing inspection or audit readiness as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a scientific, clinical, process improvement, or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in procedural document authoring and experience with business process ownership, preferably in biopharmaceutical research and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio, and strong experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and knowledge of GxP compliance.
