Job Title: Procore Implementation Specialist
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology for efficient project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project teams in documenting business processes and identifying improvements for workflows and service efficiency.
- Present solutions for project execution, including recommendations for software, hardware, code development, and automated processes, and execute proof-of-concept activities.
- Research, implement, and support technology solutions to optimize processes and ensure stakeholder adoption, as well as evaluate and deploy new tools on client projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, attend industry conferences, and develop innovative products, solutions, and business cases supporting ongoing initiatives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry; or Associate degree and 5 years; or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years.
- Proven knowledge and proficiency in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms, along with knowledge of computer logic and data analytics.
- At least 1 year of experience with Procore required; demonstrated skills in facilitation, team building, attention to detail, and advanced learning of new concepts.
