Job Summary:
Join our client’s team as a Procurement Buyer in Exton, PA. This hybrid role involves supporting supplier onboarding, managing risk requests, and coordinating supplier performance reviews. You’ll play a key role in procurement events and communications, ensuring smooth operations and effective contract management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate new supplier onboarding by completing and submitting necessary request forms.
• Manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) requests, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for supplier performance reviews, consolidating data for monitoring and reporting.
• Address invoice and payment-term inquiries, liaising with internal partners and suppliers.
• Provide operational support for procurement events and stakeholder communications.
• Draft and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Expertise in procurement, including supplier relationship and risk management.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the marketing category.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Pharma experience is a plus.
