Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Delivery Manager III to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in advancing the development and implementation of AI-driven customer interaction systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through the design and management of sophisticated conversational AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the “Voice of our client,” managing AI systems for customer interactions.
- Design and implement conversational flows for First Contact Resolution (FCR) in automated channels.
- Develop complex conversation architectures to handle diverse customer inquiries.
- Regularly analyze conversational logs to enhance AI performance and user satisfaction.
- Oversee the integration of business rules into conversational logic for AI platforms.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years in product management, conversational design, or digital customer experience.
- Experience with NLU platforms like Amelia, SoundHound, or Google Dialogflow.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating human-like dialogue.
- Analytical skills to identify key issues from large datasets.
- Proficiency in tools like Visio, LucidChart, or Miro for designing logic flows.
