Job Title: Product Designer 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create visionary and commercially viable footwear designs.
- Shape every detail of the product, from concept to execution, considering cost, sustainability, and manufacturability.
- Inspire and elevate the team, driving the future of footwear.
- Align visions, refine concepts, and lead conversations that push boundaries.
- Champion innovation at every step of the creative process.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in product design or relevant design degree, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing innovative footwear.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation programs like Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Ability to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs).
- Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Experience with sustainable design and manufacturing is a plus.
