Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to help drive innovation in footwear design, contributing to projects at the intersection of sport and culture. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to develop visionary, commercially viable footwear from concept to execution.
- Balance bold, innovative ideas with brand priorities, addressing every detail from construction and performance to cost, sustainability, and manufacturability.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling product solutions and stories, ensuring alignment of vision and refinement of design concepts.
- Lead conversations that push boundaries, inspire creative teams, and champion innovation at every stage of the design process.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in product design or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear, with strong technical and presentation skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, etc.).
- Proficiency in creating accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs), with knowledge of form, color, materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainable design.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions (design, engineering, development, marketing), with strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills.
